I read everything that comes in. I don't always reply on the same day — most of Sofia is built and run by one person, and that person also has a day job and a class to teach — but I read.
A few things worth knowing:
If you found a bug or something looks broken, please include the page URL and what you were trying to do. Screenshots help. Even rough descriptions are useful.
If you have a feature idea, send it. I keep a list. Not everything makes it in, but everything gets considered, and the patterns across teacher requests are how Sofia gets better.
If you're a teacher who wants to use Sofia at your school or with your students, just go ahead — that's what it's for. No permission needed, no contract to sign, no sales call to schedule. If something's in your way, email me and I'll try to help.
If you're from a district considering Sofia, I'm happy to talk, and working on this Workspace concept that should cover it. I don't have a sales team, an enterprise SLA, or a procurement packet. You have a budget, I rather you manage that then sell you more than you need. What I can offer is a real conversation about whether Sofia is a fit for your teachers and what I'd recommend.
